MiharikoPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy sets out how Aptume (“we” or “us”) handles information in connection with the smartphone application “Mihariko” (“the App”).
1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal or other information about you through the App. The App does not include analytics or crash reporting. If you contact us, we receive the information described in Section 5.
2. Information stored on your device
The App stores the following information only on your device:
- The monitors you set up and their check results
- The App’s settings and activity log
- Cookies and other data from the websites the App loads (including your logins in the in-app browser)
This information is not sent to us or to any third party, except as described in Section 3. You can delete a monitor’s check results by deleting the monitor, and your logins with “Log out of all sites” in Settings. Uninstalling the App deletes all of this information.
The App does not read anything you enter in the in-app browser, such as passwords. If you use “Create a backup” in Settings, your monitor settings (URLs and conditions) and the App’s settings are saved to a file in a location you choose. The file does not include your logins or check results. If you use “Export history as CSV” on a monitor’s details screen, that monitor’s check results are saved to a file in a location you choose.
3. Communication with websites
The App loads the web pages you register directly from your device. As with any ordinary browser visit, those websites receive information such as your IP address and cookies. Please refer to each website’s privacy policy for how it handles that information.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases of the App’s paid features (Pro) are processed through Google Play. We do not receive your name, payment method, credit card details or similar information. To verify your purchase, the App checks your Google Play purchase information on your device. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google handles your information.
5. Information you provide when contacting us
We use the email address and message you send us only to respond to your inquiry and to investigate problems, and we do not share them with third parties except as required by law.
6. Security and your requests
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the information described in Section 5 from being leaked, lost or damaged. You may ask us to disclose, correct or stop using the personal information we hold about you by contacting us as described in Section 8. After confirming your identity, we will respond without delay as required by law.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
